ESG performance of companies has an impact on consumer value creation. Purpose became the 5th ’P’ in the marketing mix long ago but due to COVID and the imminent need of climate action consumers hold businesses accountable for what’s happening to the world – and they vote with their wallet. While businesses are expected to be socially and environmentally responsible consumers also worry about commercially driven responsibility. The question communication and marketing teams face is not only how to be responsible but also how to talk about it to the public in a credible way? How to tell our story to the media and to the consumers in a truthful, yet impactful way and how can we measure the success of responsibility communication? We are inviting you to join us for a discussion and best practices sharing event.
