Business Culture Difference & Negotiation with a Local Business Partner
With its ever growing importance, we all find ourselves living in the century of Asia. Are we prepared to do business the Asian way though? Join us for an eye-opening workshop with many useful takeaways.
As one of the world’s financial centres and leading country in ASEAN, Singapore maintains its strategic location as a gateway to China and South East Asia. With Chinese, Malays, Indians, Indonesians and expatriates from all across world, Singapore is always the top list destination for overseas companies to explore as a headquarters for the Asia Pacific region.
During the event we will cover:
- How to engage with potential business partners from Asia and integrate into the local ecosystem.
- How to further expand in the region and what you should know when you work with your local peers or manage a local team.
- What are the main cultural differences in business environments, the pitfalls, and how to manage the cross cultural negotiation?
In collaboration with BD Consulting, this seminar will help you understand the key differences how to integrate into this dynamic business environment and not only survive but succeed without losing your identity.
